Have just bought an 84 GPZ900R, can l run strainght unleaded, or, should l be running a higher octane, and is there any need for a valve lube additive for these models? |

All Kawasaki's have been able to run unleaded since the early 70's.As for valve lube additive's I have never used them in over 20 years riding 4 stroke kawasaki's.... ![]()

I have an 84 900 Ninja also. Just unleaded fuel here, bike has almost 70,000Km on it. No probs yet, it runs great.. Shane.
