Hello folks, I have been reading a lot about comparisons betwene UHMW and Delrin for use as motorcycle crash sliders. While some manufacturers like the slide-ability of delrin others like the light weight of uhmw. What do you think is best? I have a lot of raw materials at my garage which i am turning into motorcycle protection parts along with 6061 aluminum and i want to know what you folks prefer. I can make either or and whatever size you need. thanks for any advice and opinions! john |
