when i start my bike in the morning and ride off my brakes have been stickin on meaning hard to accelerate, i first thought it may have been due to cold weather but now not as cold it still happens, could it just be "!$% on my brakes or something else, wot can i use to clean my brakes and disc to see if that is the problem.?

know that feelin' too well.
You'll have to strip n clean the caliper.
Remove the caliper from the forks.
Then remove the pads(check and replace if they are too worn).
Then pump the brake, try not to pop the piston from it's housing, or you'll lose all your fluid (do it over a container just in case) If it does pop out, don't panic, just clean the piston, smear a bit of copper grease on it and pop it back in, and bleed the system.
If you have the type that the pads are held in pins, clean the pins and smear copper grease the pins.
Don't use anything on the discs (rotors) except a damp rag.
this link might help a bit...

even after its been wet the day before.

Hi michael.
That is probably due to a fine film of rust on the disc due to the morning dew (a cover on your machine will lessen that), as soon as you use the brake the pads clear it, nothing to worry about.
Have fun
