I went to fit a pair of mirror extenders - a 5 minute job. The right one went on with no problem at all. On the left, the fitting is upside down so that the hex washer on the standard mount is underneath. How do you get the bloody washer to stay in place while you tighten the alan bolt? It keeps dropping half out and stopping the screw from going fully home. I'm supposed to be an experienced mechanic, but this daft little problem is driving me crazy. Rob |

Marvellous what a night's sleep can do, and a bit of daylight. A dab of evostick was all that was needed to hold the fucker while I got the bolt in. Rob |
