ZX6R B1 Steering damper

I have a 2003/4 636R, not had it long, and its my first bike after a gap of about 20 years, it might just be me, but the front end feels a bit "twitchy" sometimes on the straights and corners.

Just wondering if any members with the same bike had experienced this, and if so have they fitted a damper to cure it. (and did it)

cheers

Nix

Hi Nix, first place to start would be that the tyre pressures are correct as per to hand book, also are the tyres the correct size. Also put the suspension setting back to standard as per the handbook. I do not have any such issues with my '06 model. The front ends on these bikes are gud uns.
