when i fitted my hugger you just took off the chain guard and the bracket that holds the brake line then fixed it on the orignal brackets then it was a cable tie at the back of hugger on the opersite side to chain if that

Seddz Yes it is.I was advised that there was no difference 'tween the '06 & '07 mods. There is.I think the chainguards & brakeline bracket must be different.I made the chainguard from some ally then cut it down where I wnted the hugger to fit over it & put 2 small bolts through.Cut a large "washer" to fix the front bracket. On the other side I cut about 1"from the rear to miss the brakepipe bracket & made a bracket to fit round the s/arm.Then I painted it Warcraft Chaos Black. If you want I'll take some closeups. You could probably get away with cutting down the original chainguard & use nylon straps instead of the brackets.Glad you like it. |

Jamiesonlad, yes .Thanks 4 the compliment ! Willa's got the answer,or put a nice little lady as pillion & you'll stay clean (or at least not muddy)'course here in Cardiff we've got tarmac roads which helps.
