hi guys just got back on two wheels after 9 years and got a 98 zx7, but when i was taking a closer look at the bike the rear is a 180 instead of a 190 is this going to make a big difference on cornering, or should this be ok. any ideas would be great
thanks

180 is the correct size! it will help the bike change direction being on the 180 and the width size to sidewall size will be a better ratio.
Too many people fit a large rear tyre so it looks fat!! This does mess up the feel of the bike.
For example, i bought my ZX12 with a 200 section rear tyre, went to change and ordered by size on bike, the tyre technician pointed out the error and I went on his advice, changed down to a 190 and it is easier to ride (for a 200kg bike).
I used to have a ZXR750L1 and that ran a 180 rear tyre too...
hope that helps.
