DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE SIDE STAND ON THE 2007 ZX6R CAN BE ADJUSTED SO THE BIKE LEANS OVER A LITTLE MORE? IN THE LAST WEEK IT HAS BLOWN OVER TWICE IN THE HIGH WINDS BECAUSE IT IS SOOOO UPRIGHT!! I DO NORMALLY GARAGE IT AND KEEP IT ON A PADDOCK STAND, IT'S JUST SHEER BAD LUCK / LAZYNESS I LEFT IT OUTSIDE. LUCKLY ON BOTH OCCASSIONS PLANTS BROKE THE FALL AND ONLY THE PLASTICS ON THE BACK HAVE SLIGHT DAMAGE.

I've heard people fit ones from earlier models on. |

Yeah, I got tired of being so paranoid about the darn bike falling over so I replaced the kickstand with one from a ZZR. It is the same kickstand but it's about a 1/2 inch shorter. Freakin great! Now I don't worry so much. Nice lean.
