Hi Folks,

I'm new to this Site, my Black '09 (2nd Hand, but REALLL low mileage!) ER-6N arrived with me over the weekend, am chuffed to bits with her!..

Obviously I have laid-out a fair bit of money, but am thinking about a few wee 'Add-ons' over the next few weeks / months, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to provide me with any suggestions / successes with similar gear / manufacturers?..

1. Tail Tidy

2. Set of Crash Bobbins.. (Better safe than sorry eh?!)

3. Hugger

I have a few in mind for the time being, but I was always told it did NO harm to ask for a bit of advice / help!.

All the best!

HI. I'VE HAD MY ER6F FOR A YEAR NOW & I'D SAY R&G CRASH BUNGS ARE AN ESSENTIAL. DROPPED HER ON SOLID ICE BACK IN FEBRUARY & DIDN'T GET A SCRATCH. (APART FROM THE PROTECTOR ITSELF). PLUS THEY LOOK PRETTY GOOD TOO.

Hummmm the nicest thing you need to do to her is to get shot of that exhaust system. Sorry but it reminds of my DKW moped i used to have when i was 16 & that was back in the late 70's

Hi Gav,

I had the 06 ER-6N and loved it!

The best add-on I bought was a hugger from some small outfit called GD Gardener or summit. It was a stonking shape, much better than Ermax or Pyramid.

Aha, found the website:

Jester's Trick bits

The one I mean is the £70 option (£29 cheaper than Ermax!), comes in shiny colours but also a lovely seal skin matt black. I can dig out some pics of it on my bike if you're interested.

Happy hunting
