I live in some flats and park my bike under some outside stairs, but my screen doesnt fit under the stairs and i have to bend it back and scratch it. Is there a slightly smaller aftermarket screen available, as this would solve my little problem thanks |

HI. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM PARKING MY BIKE AT WORK. I BOUGHT A POWERBRONZE DOUBLEBUBBLE & FOUND THEY ARE QUITE EASY TO CUT DOWN TO SIZE WITH A DREMEL MULTITOOL. BIT OF SCREEN TRIM TIDIES THE EDGES UP QUITE WELL. HOPE THIS HELPS. |

Thanks, do you have a picture? Is it easy to cut the screen without damaging it? |

WILL TRY TO POST A PICTURE SOON. THEY'RE SUPPRISINGLY TOUGHER THAN THEY LOOK, ALTHOUGH I WOULDN'T RECOMEND USING SOMETHING WITH A COURSE EDGE LIKE A HACKSAW. I PUT A LINE OF GAFFER TAPE ALONG THE EDGE TO PROTECT IT IN CASE OF ANY SLIPS PLUS IT GIVES YOU A NICE STRAIGHT GUIDE LINE. |

Hi, I fitted a genuine screen on my Z750 and then took a dislike to its shape. If you look at Limehead on photos you will see the result achieved with a dremel and masking tape. Very easy to do but watch you keep a tight hold on the dremel as it can run away and wreck what you are doing. Good luck. |

Thanks, looks much better. Is it made out of the same stuff as the original screen to practise on? Is the er6f screen unique or is it used on other models? cheers |

JUST LOOKED AT MY OLD ONE & THE ORIGINAL ACTUALLY SEEMS A BIT MORE BRITTLE THAN THE AFTERMARKET ONE. I THINK THE SHAPE IS EXCLUSIVE TO THE ER6F SO I DON'T THINK IT FITS ANYTHING ELSE. |
