I've got a titanium scorpion on mine looks and sounds good not too loud although what its like while riding i can't say just yet due to the problem with my clutch but as far as built quality goes it looks great and comes with a removable baffle to keep your neighbours happy lol

Does the 04 have the power valve? If so I'd go for the one that addresses this (the servo - its easy for this to be allowed to free-run unless it properly taken out the equation by you exhaust fitting kit) and also has been on a dyno so at least has a basic 'map' for your bike. (Tuned rather than map I mean).

I run an Akrapovic on my 06 which is excellent quality and takes into account all the fitting requirements. May also be a good idea to look at http://www.dynojet.co.uk/ and see what maps they offer on the PC3. You may not be fitting one now but if you do at a later stage then its good to know the basic map is made up for your bike and you don't have to spend money on having it dyno'd. On that note just be aware the PC5 (for the 09 bike) does fit some earlier bikes and is higher spec than the PC3.

cheers

Tony
