Hi i have been riding almost a year now on my z750 2008 and starting to get much more adventurous with my cornering at faster speeds. My bike is set up with dunlop sportmax ll and i have got the rear tyre on 40 psi and the front on 36psi as recormended by the user manual. Should i start to bring the tyre pressure down to have better grip and if so what psi should i go for? |

Hi, If you drop the pressures don't do more than 2 psi at a time between test rides. 36/40 or 36/42 psi are std pressures for most sporty modern bikes & tyres. |

I did try it on my 08,Z750 last summer and it ripped through a rear in around 1800 miles!! really heats them up quick though. If you can afford the tyres go for it but dont know if it makes a huge difference. I was running about 4 psi less in both front and rear. I'll be sticking to recomended psi from now.
