hi all new to the forum and looking for some experienced help! had my Z750s for just about 2 years now. had just entered the motorway the other day off the slip road in 3rd gear at about 70/80 when all of a sudden everything went dead! no electrics, no nothing. had to cruise from the outside lane back over onto the hard shoulder. after some checking of the fuses, found the ignition fuse had blown, replaced with 2 spares and both blew on the ignition key being turned before I even got to trying the start switch. have now got the bike home safe and all but just wondered if anyone has had any similar experiences and if there is maybe an easy fix or common fault with the bike before I take her to a workshop....??? any help/advice appreciated, cheers |
