hi can anyone help ive just changed the oil + filter on my zxr 636 b1h and when i have checked the oil level its gone a creamy yellow colour, any ideas ? thanks rob.

That sounds like oil water emulsification. Usually caused by coolant entering the sump or lubrication system. can be extreem condensation. check you coolant system, are you losing water? |

hi thanks for your help im not using any water so it might be condensation ,ive not had the bike long and its my first oil change so ive been told it might be caused by semi synthetic oil mixing with full synthetic oil , might have to flush the oil and change oil and filter again cheers rob

ok, as you say. good luck hope the oil change and correct oil will do the trick. make sure your crankcase breather is clear. cheers rog. |
