Was riding to tesco and the bike cut out . the battery is a bit pants but then tried to jump start it with the back wheel locking up in second and a big push back home. The engine seems to turn over ok but no joy. Before pulling it all apart any tips??????. Yes there is fuel and its in neutral!! The bike is a bit of a dog but has been maintained regularly. Any help

Try taking the side stand switch off and cleaning it , as well as connectors, could be you ran over a bump and knocked the switch? Also, I would try bypassing the switch to see If that is the problem. Hope this helps and you get it sorted soon

The flywheel had exploded and jammed bit of metal all through the engine and jammed up the gearbox! I stuck a spare engine in instead!
