Hi all still having probs with gpz. When i try to bump start it as the battery is pants it just locks up the back wheel. Is something broken or do i need a higher gear. Currently letting out clutch in second gear at 5-6mph.
If it doesnt work in the next week its going in the canal!

could be your alternator flywheel fallen to bits mine did that and did the same. fairly easy to do the bits will cost you around £60 second hand new £200-£250.
hope this helps

Could be that your clutch is simply stuck, if you take the oil filler cap off, you should be able to see the clutch, with the cap off, squeeze the clutch lever in and you should see all the plates separating. Would also suggest trying third. Would check flywheel first tho as Simon said, just in case it does turn over and shreds pieces off the engine lol. Hope this helps.

Yeah flywheel dead so put a spare engine in instead. Makes quite a tappy noise especially when cold but eases later on. Cant remember wether this is valve clearance or camchain trouble. Any ideas anyone?
