Hi, i have a 2000 zx6r kawasaki ninja every know and then it seems to go down to 3 cylinders and has a strong smell of petrol but you can accelerate through it. But if you leave it for 1 hour it will start fine, the problem doesnt happen every week it can go weeks without having this problem. |

sounds like ignition problem. I'd start looking at the simple and easy to get at things like the ignition system, leads, plugs, wires etc. |
