Hi, Could anyone tell me the diametre of the shims for a 1982 z750 L2? I went to order them on line but they're sold by diametre, not model of bike and I'd rather not have to pull the cams back out just to measure them. Thanks, Fangy. |

The ones on my Zephyr 750 which has same KZ750 engine are 13 mm. They are not really sold by diameter, is thickness that is important, but they need to know the diameters which is same of all of them. Any Kawasaki dealer or on-line suppliers would have them. Thanks for that, the place I was looking at sold them by diametre 7.5mm,9.5 and 13mm. You just pick the shims for your bike and order the thickness you need. Cheers. |
