My "98" vulcan classic 1500 leaks oil out the rear cam cover any fixes before I remove motor? |

I would put in new cam cover gaskets. And check the oilventing. With a little wear and tear you get some compressionseepage to the crank case. If the wenting isn't sufficient. Ie clogged by something, or a bent hose. The preassure builds up inside the engine, and oil gets pushed out in all the week spots. New gasket should fix the symptom. Propper wenting should fix the reason. -wut i did on my '77 z650. worked like a charm |
