i HAVE A '01 ZR-7 WHICH I THINK IS GREAT BUT THE FRONT END NOW FEELS SOFT AND GETTING UNPREDICTABLE WHEN CORNERING FAST .ANY TIPS OUT THERE ON HOW TO UPGRADE THE FORKS WITHOUT RENEWING? |

Welcome..... Start with the easiest - then go from there... Have you checked your fork oil level/condition?, you'll be amazed the number of owners (and even dealers) that fail to check this simple service item. No idea on the availabilty for your bike, but you could replace the internal fork springs with 'progressive' items which will stiffen up the front end and improve the handling no end. |

Also worth looking at the front tyre. Could be old and squaring off making the bike wander a tad or even the wheel/head bearing starting to go. |
