I recently bought a zzr600 (1995) and have started to notice a bit of a problem, i have it booked in at the garage i bought it from tomorrow as i still have warranty but thought i'd see if anyone on here has any idea what the problem is, so here goes start the bike perfectly fine, no problems, bit of choke if its cold or whatever. i get on the bike and go to pull off, sometimes it will not pull off very well, i have to rev it high to get it moving, sometimes doesnt do this. then whilst i'm riding, i can change up to second and pull the throttle back, not aggressivly, and the bike sometimes revs but does not oull away like it should, it will take a few seconds for it to suddenly sling shot me forwards and the revs to drop back to where they should be, same problems through all gears. it's also NOT delivering great fuel economy i'm hoping it may just need the carburetor balancing any help would be appriciated Edited by zzr600oli, Sep 28 2011, 03:11 PM.
