hi all, busy redoing a uncle bunt framed chop with a '81kz750 engine, its my first real engine rebuild/mess around and she seems to have had a busy life from the little things I'm finding and am currently fitting 2 new valve guides and valves, full gasket change etc.. Finding bits for this lovely engine is a bit like hens teeth and am informed that the kz650 head is the same as the 750 and can be used on either engine. Is this true? this would obviously increase my chances of getting spare parts etc.
cheers all :999

Dang, I just traded a '78 KZ650 head away this summer. It had nitrous oxide injection ports professionally welded in, new valves and guides, polished combustion chambers, no busted or chipped fins. I traded it for coils and wires and a box of other goodies for my '76 KZ750B cafe. Don't be hatin'.
