Hi, My clutch cable snapped and I replaced it but the arm that connects the cable to the clutch internals seems very loose, and it doesnt spring at all, it doesnt catch onto anything and can swing full 360 without catching onto to anything inside the box. It worked fine up till the cable snapping. Weather is getting better and im dying to ride!!! Please, some or any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Adjust the arm (remove and rotate on the splines) until it JUST meets the end of the new cable (both holes line up) and then adjust from there. The arm should be just slightly pressing against the push rod at this point. Eric |
