Mate the zzr 1400 is classed as a big tourer ie trips Belgium France Italy If your looking for a Sunday blast down the coast or a weekday run down to Tesco for some shoping this is not the bike for you. |

Jimac, thank you for your input. It's a bit like my Harley, I just like the bike... would have it sat in the lounge if wife would let me ! |

its the fastest bike in the world and any heavy throttle actions hurtles you past national speed limits in seconds ..i had one and i class myself very experienced in riding motorcycles you have got to be really switched on riding this beast .. brakes are great but it still takes a lot of input to stop it and get it to turn when your going quick ,,i found in the end i couldn't use it for everyday bike riding ..sold it after less than one year .. license intacked still alive ,,phew its fast |

had several zzr 1200's severall zzr 1400's and the gtr 1400 .the zzr 1200 is a beast ,found the gtr 1400 sluggish after getting off the zzr 1200 but once you wind the gtr on a bit is does shift,at present have the zzr 1441 se,great bike it will only go as fast as you want it to,rides no problem around the town but on the open road it has awesome power ,an absolutely great sports tourer, in a straight line it will take some catching, but round the corners you have to remember it is heavy .i have never had anything that accelerates as fast as this ,care is needed till you get used to the power you also have the benefit of the adjustable power and traction control,if i had any complaints about the bike i would say the back brake is not as good as it should be,apart from that a brilliant bike , |

Hi.. I've decided to sell my ZZR1400.. just dont have time to ride it and seems a shame it's locked in the garage.. fantastic bike, but needs skill and experience to fully appreciate it.. many many ££'s of extras, luggage include £7000, drop me a line !! |
