Greetings to all. I am new to the forum but not to Kawasaki. Back in my younger military days I had a 1989 600R in the black. Drove that like an idiot and ended up almost killing myself on it. Well, 25 yrs later and I have come to have in my possession a 1987 750R F-1 in the red/white scheme and is in extremely good condition. After today's ride the speedometer reads 23,934 miles on the original stock engine. The only things on the bike that are not original stock are a tinted windscreen and a set of Kerker pipes. It has been in a shed for 3 yrs and not ran at all. With the help of a friend we put a new carb kit in and cleaned her up. I rebuilt the front calipers last weekend and she runs pretty decent for her age. Just need a little bit of a carb sync and she will be just fine.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi

Brent
