Hi all, just purchased my first bike yesterday after passing my test last March. Have Been reading through the forum for tips and tricks to maintain and customise my bike. Hopefully I will make a few friends in the process. cheers 🍻 Fridays delivery cannot come quick enough!!!!! |

I know it's been said that GREEN is the Kawasaki colour, but I really like yours. I had an ER6F in that shade.I liked the fact that it was uncommon and there was a reasonable chance it would be seen by the more myopic of the driving fraternity! Let's hope the weather improves soon.Safe riding.

Nice bike TimTay, You mentioned you passed your test, so not sure if you mean you never rode a bike If yo are new, do yourself a favour and when you get the bike, go find a long open road get familiar with your braking distance. Try only front brakes, then rear, then combo of them. Slowly increase speed after each brake test. It will give you a good idea of what to expect when you have a "oops" moment. You will eventually be tempted to open her a bit. Knowing your stopping distance will allow you to better judge when/where to go past that slow annoying car in front of you Welcome to the forum. |
